We do not require registration, login, or any personal information, and we do not use analytics. To run calculations, import statements, generate exports, or create share links, the income data you enter is sent to our server, as described below. We use this calculator data only to provide those features, not to profile you. Advertising cookies and third-party ad services are described in the Cookies and Third-Party Services sections below.
Tax calculations and currency conversion run on our server. When you press Calculate, import a file, export to Excel, or create a share link, the relevant income entries — dates, amounts, currencies, and any descriptions you add — are sent to our server to produce the result. Official exchange rates are fetched from the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) API.
This data is never used to profile you, sold, or shared with advertisers. Calculation, import, and export requests are processed in memory and are not retained after the response is sent. The only exception is share links — see below.
Your income entries are saved in your browser's localStorage for convenience, so you don't lose your work when you refresh. This is kept for up to one week and never leaves your device unless you explicitly act on it. You can clear it anytime with the "Clear all" button or by clearing your browser's site data.
If you create a share link, a copy of that calculation's entries and results is stored on our server for 24 hours and then automatically deleted. Anyone with the link can view it during that time, so avoid sharing it if the data is sensitive.
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized-advertising cookies are set.
The only first-party browser storage used is localStorage for your income entries and your selected language preference.
